I started Rose's Deli in 2024 after running a busy micro bakery, Garden Cake Kitchen, for 2 years. My homemade focaccia sandwiches were always the first to sell out at pop-ups and it felt right to make it more of a permanent thing. When I should be sleeping, I'm thinking about flavours. Mostly everything down to the bread is made from scratch and I am committed to supporting local suppliers whenever possible.
At the heart of my business is community. I love to feed people and to bring them together over good food.
